1.Lead and manage the end-to-end production process of Biofertilizers & Biopesticides, from pilot
scale to bulk production.
2.Develop and implement strategies to scale up production processes, ensuring a seamless
transition from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.
3.Oversee quality control processes to ensure product consistency, efficacy, and compliance with
industry standards and regulations.
4.Implement best practices in production to maximize product shelf life and longevity, ensuring
stability and effectiveness.
5.Continuously analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs,
and enhance product quality.
6.Ensure all production activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory
requirements.
7.Prepare and manage Inventory, production budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations·
8.Maintain timely production process as per buyers demand and targets·
9.Manage and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
operational excellence.
10.Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure
alignment and smooth operations.
11. Visits to Gobindagang factory and other districts for project purposes, and monitoring the output of product applications.
 

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology, Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology

1.Age 35 to 50 years
2.Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the Biofertilizers &
Biopesticides industry, with a proven track record of scaling up production processes.
3. Strong knowledge of microbial fermentation, formulation processes, and bioproduct stabilization
techniques.
4. Proficiency with production machinery such as large scale fermenters, reactors, and drying
equipment.
5. Proven leadership and team management abilities with a focus on motivating and developing
high-performing teams.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
and implement effective solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
8. Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and manage time efficiently.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Certification in Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
