Responsible for designing, developing, managing, and implementing quality standards and policies with clear processes.

Understand customer quality requirements and maintain an ongoing dialogue with our customers to understand their needs, especially when there is a quality complaint. Work with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed our clients' quality expectations and handle any potential issues when necessary.

Responsible for initiating quality training and workshops, and assessing existing quality systems and protocols for sustainable improvement.

Monitor and support the team in factories in resolving immediate issues and/or implementing changes as required to enhance existing protocols and procedures.

Responsible for driving Quality KPIs and the Quality Score Card with factory QA teams to closely monitor quality performance.

Accountable for analyzing quality performance and driving constant improvements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and case studies for continuous improvement.

Responsible for driving and developing a quality system to support speedy quality alerts and responses.

Follow any special projects as senior management requests.

Strong understanding of textile and garment manufacturing, testing processes, quality management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive mindset, sensible, detailed minded with logical thinker, be patient and humble.

Familiarity with industry regulations, quality and testing standards, and safety protocols.

To build and interact proactively with stakeholders in Factory Quality Team and HK Sales Team

Good at Excel, PowerPoints, and Outlook.

Fluent in English.
