1. Manage and oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks etc.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and increase profitability
3. Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure high-quality service and performance
4. Maintain a positive and productive work environment for all staff members
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
7. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
8. Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
9. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
10. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
11. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

• Bachelor in any discipline from UGC approved reputed University

• Must have experience in similar role for at-least 2 years 
• Good Communication Skills in English/ Local Language.
