Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify competitive advantages, market potential, and consumer demand.
- Initiate and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
- Develop and manage quarterly marketing plans and digital marketing strategies while overseeing the marketing budget.
- Enhance brand awareness through effective communication with the target audience across various platforms, such as the website, social media, and other offline channels.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, product development, and customer service) for seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
- Support the customer service team in enhancing response strategies and solutions.
