• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Provide regular updates on project progress and timelines
• Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely solution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & Landowner fostering trust and loyalty
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to align on client expectations and deliverables
• Ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, complaints, and resolutions
• Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and project feedback for management
• Take clients choices for electrical, Plumbing, Tiles, woodwork, Sanitary etc. internal work of flat

 Bsc engineer/ civil/ electrical/ architectural
