01880085400 -06To act as the HRIS Administrator; run the overall system and collaborate with the concerned person to perform required tests and up-gradation of modules
Processing monthly employee payroll payments on time and through the appropriate channels
To administer benefits including insurance coverage (health & group), bonus, LFA, leave encashment, etc.
To monitor overall Leave & Attendance Management System; maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Coordinating to formulate HR policies and rollout across the organization
To monitor the security system; coordinate with vendor to resolve issues; provide education and guidance to securities when required
To coordinate with concerned person regarding safety and compliance issues (both factory & corporate office) and update it in our software every month
Conducting manpower productivity analysis and keep track on the variances
Assist in preparing HR fixed cost budget at the end of every year; coordinate with team to keep track of the budget utilization to make a monthly budget variance report
Experience: 6-8 Years’ experience in HR & Admin, preferably in FMCG, Proficiency in compensation & benefits analytics, Strong HR project management skills with the proven record of formulating policies.
Qualification: BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed university
