On boarding and Training: Manage the on boarding process for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and tools. Develop training programs tailored to the real estate industry, covering areas like compliance, customer service, and sales techniques.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure fair treatment of employees in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee productivity and contribution. Provide feedback, set goals, and offer development plans for career growth.
Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure that the company complies with all local, state, and federal employment laws, including those related to fair hiring practices, compensation, benefits, and workplace safety.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee salary structures, commission plans, and employee benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and meet the needs of the workforce. Conduct salary bench marking to stay competitive within the real estate industry.
HR Strategy and Planning: Align HR policies and initiatives with the company's overall business goals, such as growth targets and expansion plans. Support organizational changes by providing HR guidance during mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
Talent Development: Identify key talent within the organization and implement strategies for retention and development, such as career pathing, mentorship, and leadership training.
Workplace Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Organize team-building activities, company events, and employee engagement programs.
HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations such as maintaining employee records, handling payroll queries, administering leave policies, and overseeing employee benefits programs.
Employee Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by promoting health and safety policies, conducting regular safety training, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management, offering solutions that align with company policies and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Succession Planning: Work with leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key roles within the company.
