Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets in the automotive lubricants segment.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Define sales objectives, set targets, and establish performance benchmarks for the sales team.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
Market Expansion:
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including untapped territories and customer segments.
Strengthen distribution channels by building relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including large distributors, fleet operators, and automotive workshops.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and delivering exceptional service.
Gather customer feedback to guide product development and service enhancements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in the lubricants or automotive industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong knowledge of automotive lubricants, their applications, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and MS Office.
Familiarity with distribution network management and key account handling.
Strategic thinker with a strong focus on results and growth.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
