1. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the factory.
2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all electrical systems are functioning efficiently and comply with safety standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.

Machinery & Equipment Support

1. Monitor and maintain the electrical components of production machines, such as sewing machines, cutting equipment, and other automated systems.
2. Coordinate with machine operators to ensure optimal equipment performance.
3. Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the life of machinery and avoid unexpected breakdowns.

Energy Management

1. Optimize energy usage across the factory by implementing energy-saving solutions and technologies.
2. Monitor power consumption and identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
3. Maintain and operate generators, inverters, and UPS systems as required.

Compliance & Safety

1. Ensure all electrical systems and installations comply with local and international safety regulations.
2. Conduct safety checks and ensure the factory is free from electrical hazards.
3. Train staff on electrical safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Vendor Coordination

1. Liaise with suppliers and contractors for procurement of electrical components and maintenance services.
2. Review and approve electrical design plans provided by vendors or consultants.

Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
2. Prepare and submit regular reports on system performance and energy usage to management.
