Job Description

  • Plan & achieve the Primary & the secondary Sales Target 
  • Demand Brand availability and visibility 
  •  Implement coverage & distribution Strategies 
  • Plan & implementing Territory business plan. 
  • Leading, developing & managing Team to exceed monthly value Volume Performance, distribution correction, scheme, Enrollment up-gradation. 
  • Driving" Route to Market '' strategies as a way of life within the distributors with quarterly route review, distributor’s financial analysis, ensuring proper ROI by covering optimum volume contributing outlet through direct service in an ever-expanding. 
  • Developing and driving channel & brand specific scheme & retail partnership plan to drive growth to capitalize opportunities for  rand and category growth 
  • Executing trade engagement programs to build and maintain an effective working relationship with distributors, local public and private take holders to manage smooth business operation in the Territory.
