Job Description
- Maintain all HR, Administrative & Compliance issues of the factory as per labor law benchmarks and preset standards.
- Ensure all factory end recruitments are made as per the recruitment matrix and in compliance with labor law.
- Capable to find-out and control manpower turn-over.
- Follow up attendance, authorization, and management of overtime, leave, grievance handling, general administration etc
- Identify & ensure organized awareness or development training as per requirement.
- Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
- Provide preparation guidelines to factories and responsible for facing regarding BSCI, SEDEX, ISO- QMS, FSSC, Environment, Technical, and social compliance audit.
- Provide guidelines to factories as per ACCORD & ALLIANCE (Fire Safety, Building Safety & Electric Safety) requirements and periodic follow-up.
- Be proactive and self-motivated to identify/ assess and ensure all safety measures pertinent of fire hazard & over all security of company, lives and properties.
- Contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line members and departments.
- Proactive follow up to maintain all documents up to date.
- Discover how to keep employees satisfied and to retain them for longer periods
- Responsible to develop and implement various employee engagement events time to time.
