• Conduct research to identify potential clients.
• Working with all the company projects (Real Estate).
• Communicate with clients, answer questions, and schedule presentations.
• Coordinate sales events and promotional campaigns. 
• Maintain sales records and databases.
• Responsible for handing over the project units.
• Responsible for Modifications and clients' requests.
• Responsible for contract and other CS operations.
• Accepting clients’ requests such as Deliverable and abandonment minutes, electricity requests, discharges, bank statements and technical modification, and selling garages).
• Preparing and sending clients’ letters.
• Coordinating with the site to deliver the units to the client.
• Follow up client's inquiries through the phone.
• Follow up with the casual workers for the technical modifications.
• Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
