Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Establish KPIs to monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Formulating Supply Chain strategies: Operational (1 year) and Strategic Planning (3 years).
Ensure supply chain continuity sustaining price competitiveness & quality improvement across the value the chain related to raw material & logistics.
Lead SCM Division and collaboration with other functions.
