Job Description
Daily Functions
- Follow up subordinates daily work & communication. Give guideline how to solve problem & give motivation.
- Personally involve solving critical issues if needed.
- Give approval on material & FG, if raise any quality issue by internal discussion with related Dept & if needed discuss with CPC/HK.
- Communication with factory side & CPC/HK if any issues.
- Workout with concern dept to control material wastage, Replenish, Short shipment & increase productivity and product quality.
Monthly Functions
- Have to Collect cut off wise order allocation & distributed order among Merchandiser to keep fair workload. Check order allocation VS factory capacity, discuss internally & workout with CPC/HK if there have any issues.
- Have to Check material status & production package status to ensure production lead time.
- Have to Check coming order Ref. samples & discuss internally & workout with CPC/HK if required.
- Make analysis report on replenish & shipment.
- Check actual material status & production package report of last month.
- Evaluate merchandisers’ performance & give motivation for improvement.
- General meeting with all Merchandisers open discussion about various issues & give guideline how to handle.
Other Regular Functions
- Give Necessary support to arrange material on time & make shipment on time.
- Work with other dept & HK/CPC for improvement at factory side and develop smooth work process.
- Make & check various reports which prepare to track orders, material, plan, sales & shipment status.
- Evaluate departmental performance & workout for improvement.
Yearly Functions
- Self-assessment & set improvement & achievement target for next year.
- Evaluate subordinates performance & set development plan.
- Set Annual head count budget based on workload.
- Check Yearly report on Total shipment, Air shipment, short shipment, Material Replenish & Claim report to take necessary steps for improvement.
