Collaborate on company business strategy and establish strategic relationships with key suppliers, buyers and relevant parties.
Oversee compliance team leads to ensure proper assignment distribution, coordination, cooperation & follow-up.
Provide the necessary guidance and mentoring to build up team leads into future organization leaders.

Maintain the high standard and integrity when performing compliance audit to meet with the company’s terms of engagement, social, technical, environmental, fire safety, building integrity, electrical safety & security compliance.
Proactively identify high risk non-compliance areas and take necessary steps to avoid future complications for the organization.
Provide guidance on the development of feasible and sustainable corrective action Plans (CAPs) with vendors/factories.
Develop suppliers/factories in terms of sustainable Social, technical, Environmental, Fire safety, building integrity, electrical safety & security compliance.
Ensure factory compliance in areas of local labor standards, health and work safety, and environmental protection at factory’s premises.
Collaborate with the respective stakeholders to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
Provide necessary guidelines to the suppliers to analyze the root causes of the concerns and develop corrective action plan.
Perform investigative audits and support compliance teams with challenging audits requirements as needed.
Anticipate new regulations/requirements that could be discussed in Europe, UK, any country where company has customers in order to define its application with our partners in Bangladesh.
To ensure that Sustainability goals of company are met by development and execution strategy, policies, standards and programs.
Closely collaborate with internal & external stakeholders in guiding them to achieve company’s sustainability targets as External & Internal for People, Planet and Product pillars.

SA8000 certification, RSC/Accord/Alliance, BSCI/SMETA/ SCOPE additional professional certification will be an added advantage.
At least 16 years related work experience with at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
