* Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement the company's operational strategy, aligning with the overall business
goals.
* Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding the company's customer base
and product offerings.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive advantages.
* Operational Management:
* Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, production planning, quality
control, and logistics.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers, ensuring timely delivery
and customer satisfaction.
* Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and
identify areas for improvement.
* Team Leadership:
* Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional
development opportunities.
* Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
* Delegate effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.
* Financial Management:
* Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
* Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue
growth.
* Compliance and Risk Management:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including safety,
environmental, and social compliance.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing to delivery.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor Degree/ Diploma/ Textile Technology / MBA.
Experience Requirements
• 15+ years in RMG Sector
