Executive, Business Development

• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget.
  scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising,
  promotion and activation programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer (patient) requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Build rapport with key accounts, corporate partners and doctors by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Monitor competition and healthcare landscape in Bangladesh. Analyzes trends and recommends strategies for identified opportunities and risks.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by growing and developing new business opportunities through channel acquisition and expansion: appointment of local partners and maintaining local business networks
• Identify marketing opportunities by mapping consumer (patient) requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing
• 1 year of experience in marketing & sales department, Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply as well.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
• Strong business management and problem-solving skills
• Good track record in successful execution of strategic plans
• Previous sales experience with medical equipment/pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous
• The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills. The individual is also expected to work independently and to be self-motivated on the assigned territory.
