• Check & verification of purchase requisition based on physical and historical data.
• Conduct physical verification of receiving material to ensure quality, quantity along with approved budget Work Order/Requisitions.
• Check & verify materials receive register, issue, consumption & replace of store materials & accessories with all register.
• Go through new joining workers file, manpower authorization, employees & worker’s attendance and leave check & verification.
• Check & verify salary & wages, gross salary, increment, overtime, tiffin, holiday and other allowance, all types of deduction as per supporting documents and authorization.
• Check and verify leave encashment, all incentives, festival bonus, maternity bill, final settlement bill of employees.
• Check & verify local purchase and service bill before payment.
• Check and verify advanced statement, bank reconciliation statement with bank statement and ledger and physical verification of cash.
• Check monthly receipt & payment statement.
• Check revenue with approved rate sheet.
• Prepare monthly MIS observation and month to month variance analysis.
• Check staff transportation bill, repair maintenance bill of goods carrying and staff carrying vehicles, fuel & other cost & KPL of vehicle.
• Prepared daily costing, OT report and DHU report
• Any other job as assigned by management.

CA-CC/ICMA Partly qualified
