Job Description
- Managing, analyzing, and evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve the production target.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources ie materials labor and equipment to meet production targets and objectives
- Ensuring proper use of raw & packaging materials for smooth production so that process-loss is always at standard level
- Scheduling, delegating, and ensuring maintenance of all equipment following maintenance procedures
- To determine quality control standards of Raw Materials, Packing Materials & Finished Goods
- Drive and implements inventory control and cost savings initiatives to achieve the overall cost savings target for the organization
- Collect customers complain report & take necessary initiatives to reduce customers complain by ensuring proper planning training & execution
- Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity
- To ensure tea tasting when tea receive from garden and before machine production
- To maintain raw materials packaging materials and semi-finished goods inventory report on daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Additional Educational Requirements
Jobs Requirements
- Experience in Tea industry is more preferable
- Good interpersonal skills and Basic arithmetic skill
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
