-Identify and engage potential clients including architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
-Build strong relationships with decision-makers in design firms, real estate development companies, and hospitality sectors.
-Explore untapped market segments and develop new sales channels.
2. Project Acquisition-
-Target residential, commercial, and hospitality projects for product introduction and approval.
-Collaborate with project stakeholders to offer customized wood coating solutions.
3. Sampling & Product Demonstration-
-Organize and execute product trials, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
4. Database Management
-Maintain a robust database of ongoing and upcoming projects, key decision-makers, and influencers.
-Track project timelines and ensure timely engagement at critical decision-making stages.
5. Sales Target Achievement
-Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales aligned with business objectives.
-Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to fine-tune sales strategies.
6. Customer Relationship & Service
-Deliver superior after-sales service and technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
-Ensure customer retention through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
7. Payment Collection
-Manage collections in accordance with approved credit terms.
-Maintain close communication with customers to minimize outstanding payments and reduce credit risk.
8. Reporting & Coordination
-Submit structured reports on sales visits, project pipeline, and customer feedback.
-Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
9. Brand Promotion & Events
-Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness.
MBA in Marketing (DU, North South University, East West University, Brac University, IUB candidates will be given more preference)
· Strong network within the interior design, architect firms, builders, developers and construction ecosystem.
· Proficiency in project tracking, data analysis, and CRM systems.
