Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals.
Manage recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and ensure effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment to promote employee retention and satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, disputes, and conflicts, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events to enhance morale, boost productivity and motivation across the team.
Lead, motivate, and train employees, ensuring high performance across all departments and foster a positive workplace culture by ensuring cultural alignment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all HR and administrative practices adhere to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist in managing the HR budget for administrative functions, tracking costs, and identifying areas for cost-efficiency.
Ensure workplace safety standards are met, support health and safety protocols, and promote employee well-being.
Initiate and implement annual performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and develop tailored training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
Oversee records of HR and administrative activities, including employee data, HR reports, and
operational logs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
Supervise and follow up day-to-day HR activities for the retail store, ensuring proper adherence to
company policies, motivating team members, and addressing compliance issues effectively.
Automate HR processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across all HR functions.
Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing turnover and implementing
strategies to enhance job satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead lean management initiatives across the company to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and
improve customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular analysis of the overall organizational cost efficiency, identifying areas of
unnecessary expenditure, present detailed reports on cost-saving measures, and their
effectiveness.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA

Additional Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PGDHRM, SPHRM) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and administration, with at least 3
years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive
relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
