Executive/ Sr. Executive – Software Sales

- Promote and sell software solutions (HRM, CRM, ERP, etc.) to corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients both online and in-person.
- Understand client needs and recommend customized software solutions.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and follow-up status.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team for software customizations and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of software solutions and their business applications.
- Tech-savvy with good command over MS Office, CRM, and email tools.
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure.
