1. Supervise and ensure that the freight/cargo is moving efficiently and strategically and reaches desired destination on time, in the right condition, and cost-effectively.
2. Ensure adherence to quality standards and on time customer service and communicate with Agent for on time shipment status.
3. Minimize complaints from the customer with the proper follow up and engaging key operational team to maintain the proper service and error free service.
4. Communicate with different shipping line for acquiring better buying rate for offering to export queries.
5. Negotiate with constant clients about air shipment rates with airlines.
6. After securing the business by sales person, arrange pick to loading, ensure sailing to surrender/release MBL. Tracking shipment and update agent if any changes occur.
7. Ensuring daily communication with agents, clients, consignee, shipper, shipping lines, CFS and other concern for ensuring the update is available on due time and everyone is aligned with the activities
8. Be in streamline with the operation team and work side by side to ensure the core responsibilities and jobs are completed smoothly and in due time.

10. Analyze market competitors, develop Sea / Air freight product and execute new business
