Job Description

  • Managing the reception area of a business, greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Handling basic administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, data entry, filing documents, creating and updating spreadsheets, and handling basic office paperwork.
  • Managing mail, and ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression for clients and guests.
  • Monitoring office expenses and costs.
  • Basic computer proficiency like familiarity with office software-Microsoft.
  • Office Suite to manage documents and spreadsheets.
