• Conducting regular facility inspections.
• Ensuring the factory compliance with social ethics, Labour Law & health and safety requirements. 
• Reviewing and updating environmental permits and licenses.
• Analyzing environmental data to identify trends and potential issues.
• Collaborating with other departments on environmental solutions and sustainability initiatives.
• Staying up-to-date on changes in environmental legislation and best practices.
• Maintaining records of environmental compliance activities.
• Participating in sustainability and environmental protection initiatives. 

Masters in Social Science, Environment Science or Equivalent

• Strong knowledge of Bangladeshi labor laws, safety and environmental regulations, and industry compliance standards. 
• ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) , Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental & Social Governance (ESG) Reporting.
• Candidates with relevant field-level training or industry workshops in sustainability or environmental compliance will be given preference.
