Job Description
1) Depth Knowledge on all kind of Social Compliance audit standard
2) Ensure the factory is ready for compliance audits like COC, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, SCAN, Product certifications as per audit requirements.
3) Extensive knowledge of Nirapon + RSC Structural, Fire and Electrical Safety Management, and Nirapon 90-Day Management Guidance + Reporting Process.
Strong understanding and experience with various customers’ Codes of Conduct.
4) Good knowledge of local labor laws to verify supplier operations compliance with social and ethical responsibilities, health and safety regulations, and labor laws.
5) Must be flexible to conduct regular factory visits and inspections and follow up
6) Must be able to audit report prepare and submission to factroy and Dept Head
7) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
8) Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Environment Science

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with factory management, external auditors, and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of compliance standards and corrective action plans.
