Job Description
Digital Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales strategy aligned with ACI’s business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging digital sales opportunities across ecommerce, marketplace
platforms, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
- Drive online sales growth through innovative digital campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
Customer Experience (CX) Optimization
- Conduct regular CX audits to evaluate the digital shopping experience, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all digital touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless omnichannel experiences (mobile, web, app, social commerce).
Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Management
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to optimize digital sales performance.
- Monitor and improve key CX performance indicators (KPIs)
Digital Channel & Platform Management
Lead ACI’s e-commerce, marketplace and direct sales platforms.
- Optimize SEO, paid media, digital advertising, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
- Oversee the user experience (UX) and interface (UI) design to enhance ease of navigation and engagement.
Technology & Innovation in Digital Sales
- Leverage AI, automation, and personalization tools to improve digital sales efficiency.
- Work with IT and data teams to enhance CRM, digital payments, and checkout experiences.
- Implement chatbot solutions, voice commerce, and other emerging technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align digital sales efforts with company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure inventory optimization and fulfilment efficiency to support digital sales growth.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a high-performing digital sales team.
- Foster a data-driven and customer-first culture within the organization.
Jobs Requirements
- Masters of Business Administration or Equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online business growth, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A strong track record of driving revenue through digital channels and
innovative customer acquisition strategies.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and digital analytics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, AI-driven sales automation,
And omnichannel strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, PPC campaigns, and conversion
optimization.
- A sharp understanding of customer behavior, digital payment systems, and
emerging commerce trends.
