1. Business Development & Sales:

•  Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector (Import/Export – Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Transport, and Warehousing).
•  Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Visit clients, present company services, and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms & pricing.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.

 2. Key Account Management:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving operational or service issues in coordination with the operations team.
• Conduct regular review meetings with customers to ensure service levels are met.

3. Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and developments in international trade regulations and freight rates.
• Provide regular feedback and market reports to management.

4. Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with the operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Coordinate with overseas agents/partners when necessary.

 5. Reporting:

• Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight forwarding operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Good networking skills and client-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid driving license (if applicable).
