1.Responsible for developing the strategy and plan to integrate / operationalize industrial engineering concepts, principles and practices across Brandix
2.Oversee achievement of IE objectives across the Group through rigorous strategy alignment, deployment of IE SOPs, audits, etc.
3.Responsible for implementing value engineering / improvement activities, such as automation of processes and systems as per strategy and plan
4.Drive synergies with internal and external stake holders for achievement of functional objectives
5.Drive synergy and collaborate with IE teams across the group and provide technical guidance and support

•Masters / Bachelors’ Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Clothing Technology with GSD Licence
•12 to 15+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering with strong experience in implementation of IE improvement projects and exposure to best practices
•5-7 years of heading IE function for a large factory (1500+ SMOs)
