- Ensure company compliance by managing documentation and renewing all necessary certifications from government authorities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local authorities, utility companies, private entities, financial institutions, investors, and buyers.
- Oversee Power Purchase Agreements PPA and EPC contracts, ensuring industry standard terms and necessary contractual protections.
- Manage all contract documentation in alignment with company policies and commercial objectives.
- Ensure that project contracts have preferred contractual protections and that standard terms are used where possible.
- Properly assess the commercial & contractual terms of each opportunity ensuring its economic viability. Also evaluating & understanding both the business and the financial model.
- Coordinate the task and inputs of the Engineering team as well as the supporting factions such as Tax, and Finance team- and eventually external advisors during the development phase as well as during the acquisition and sale phase.
- Drive revenue collection process and ensure bill collection for OPEX model solar plants.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Jobs Requirements
- .Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or (CA -ICAB), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and related certifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum Three years of similar working experience as a Manager or Sr. Manager
- Well conversant with Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
- Strong written and communication skills in English
