Job Description
- Sales & Market Expansion Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand market share in the agricultural machinery sector.
- Dealer & Distribution Network – Identify, onboard, and manage new and existing dealers, distributors, and resellers.
- B2B & Institutional Sales Engage with government bodies, NGOs, agro-based industries, and corporate clients for institutional sales.
- Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer need assessments to drive business growth.
- Promotions & Awareness Work with marketing teams to organize campaigns, field demonstrations, and promotional events to enhance product visibility.
- Training & Support Train and support dealers and customers in product knowledge and usage techniques to improve customer experience.
- Sales Performance Monitoring Track and evaluate sales performance, preparing monthly & quarterly reports for strategic improvements.
