• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support and execute HR policies, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies.
• Maintain and regularly update HRIS and personnel files, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct employee orientation, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in collaboration with department heads.
• Help develop training and development plans to upskill the workforce.
• Prepare HR reports (e.g., attrition, hiring status, employee satisfaction) for management review.
• Ensure legal compliance with Bangladesh labor laws, regulations, and international HR standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed University (high GPA). 
• Certification in PGDHRM, SHRM, PHR needed. 

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an MNC, Bank, IT company setting.
• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices
• Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Problem-solving mindset with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
• Experience supporting multinational clients or remote teams.
• Familiarity with ISO, GDPR, or compliance standards.
