Job Description
- Instructional Delivery:
- Teach GRE/TOEFL content in Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing sections.
- Provide in-person or virtual coaching based on the needs of students.
- Curriculum Development:
- Create personalized study plans and materials for students.
- Utilize existing GRE/TOEFL prep materials, mock tests and design new strategies for improved learning outcomes.
- Performance Tracking:
- Assess student progress through regular practice exams and assignments.
- Provide detailed feedback and actionable strategies to help students improve.
- Test-Taking Strategies:
- Teach effective time management and elimination strategies.
- Offer guidance on managing stress and anxiety related to test preparation.
- Mentorship & Support:
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their target scores.
- Address any learning challenges or difficulties promptly.
Additional Educational Requirements
- 8-10 years GRE/TOEFL Coaching Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong GRE/TOEFL scores (typically 90th percentile or higher).
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or test preparation (preferably for GRE, TOEFL and other standardized tests).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for education.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles.
Jobs Requirements
