• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems for Knitwear and Lingerie production.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as AQL, ISO, BSCI, WRAP, as well as buyer-specific requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, BV, Intertek).
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (6σ), and 5S methodologies to minimize defects and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as defect rate and rework levels, driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
• Train, mentor, and guide the Quality Control (QC) team on quality standards, inspection protocols, and defect prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related challenges effectively.
• Evaluate fabric and trim suppliers to ensure compliance with required quality standards.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolutions to maintain buyer confidence and satisfaction.
