• Identify and acquire suitable land or small buildings for joint venture development projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and key stakeholders.
• Present joint venture proposals and negotiate agreements aligned with company policies.
• Collect, verify, and manage all land-related documents and legal papers.
• Conduct feasibility assessments on potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Meet acquisition targets and provide timely progress reports to management.

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration

• 3–5 years of proven experience in land acquisition and joint venture development in reputed real estate company.
• Strong background in sales, client acquisition, and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of land documentation, legal processes, and real estate practices.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
