1. Implement and manage solar projects from conception to completion, co-ordinating with various teams and stakeholders. 
2. Ensure the quality and performance of installed solar systems by conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
3. Engage and coordinate internal resources, engineers, and solar installers in the preparation and execution of project plans through completion.
4. Manage, prioritize, and resolve all activities and issues that may impact the overall solar power plant performance.
5. Plan the overall of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet the requirements of the Solar energy plant.
6. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and seek cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Masters of Renewable Energy and MBA will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in project management software 

• Requires 8+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects.
• Proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex model over 5 MW. 
• Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations.
• Advance  knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.
