01880085400 -06• The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws, and Grievance Handling etc.
• Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
• Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law.
• Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
• Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
• To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
• Communicate with Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
• To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company / Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization;
• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
• At least 15 year(s)
• The candidate should have hands-on experience in factory HR & Admin operations, with at least 03 years’ experience in similar role.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
▪ Factory HR Administration, HRM
• Masters in Management/HRM from a reputed university
• Candidate from Ex-cadet background will get preference..
