Major Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with buyers and gather information about sales forecast, project's scope, purchase orders, timeline, etc. 

• Convert customer requirements into daily, weekly, monthly plans 

• Co-ordinate with production, quality and new product development teams for timely and quality product delivery 

• Work with customers on their portal, update Purchase order completion timeframe, address issues with timeline 

• Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders and local transporters for delivery of goods 

• Maintain inter-department and intra- department coordination for timely and quality delivery of goods. 

• Compile and analyze past, present and future sales trend and provide insight to management. 

• Developing sales strategies and update management for timely support, guidance and action. 

• Following up with buyers continuously throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
