Job Description 

• Plan, monitor, and execute all facility maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations of the factory. 

• Ensure full compliance with RSC, NIRAPON, and other regulatory audits, and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure cost-efficient, quality services. 

• Visits to three factories in the Gazipur zone as required to oversee maintenance and compliance matters. • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, fire, and building safety. 

• Collaborate with compliance, safety, and production teams to uphold workplace safety standards. 

• Prepare layouts, reports, and documentation using relevant software e.g. AutoCAD etc. 

• Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Educational Requirements 

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from any reputed university. • Practical knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is required.
