•Have to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as per ABP.

• Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve the desired result.

•Plan and monitor the Sales team's regular activities.

•Identify niche customer & business opportunity and create a base accordingly.

•Ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.

• Responsible for motivating and training the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.

•Have to submit various reports to management.

• Graduation from reputed university

•Good command in Excel and PowerPoint

•10 years’ + luxury real estate sales experience
