Job Context 

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the overall operations of our office, Trade Right Entitlement Certificate (TREC) Holder of Stock Exchanges in Bangladesh or abroad, stock dealer, stockbroker, market maker, act as brokers, jobbers or dealers in stocks, shares, securities.

Duties & Job Responsibility: 

• The chief executive officer (CEO) is the highest-ranking individual in a company.
• Every company differs but CEOs are often responsible for expanding the company, driving profitability, and improving share prices in the case of public companies.
• Oversee the end-to-end order management process (from sampling to shipment). Monitor production schedules, timelines, and capacity planning. Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining product quality.
• CEOs manage the overall operations of a company.
• CEOs are often elected by the board of directors.
• Studies suggest that 45% of company performance is influenced by the CEO. Others show that they affect 15% of the variance in profitability.
• The (CEO) is the highest-ranking executive in a company whose primary responsibility usually include making major corporate decisions and managing the overall operations and resources of a company.

Employment Status: Full-time. Will report to Management. 

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh 

Salary: Market Standard salary 

Graduation/Post Graduation or equivalent subjects or Business Accounting (CIMA) from a recognized university. 

Experience Requirements

At least 5-7 years’ work experience in reputed any international organization etc.

Strong leadership and decision-making ability with proven track record in operations management.

· Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken); proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.

· Ability to maintain strong governance and risk management practices to safeguard client funds and company reputation.

· Sound understanding of Stock Markets, trading, investment advisory, wealth management, and research divisions.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs.

· High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

· Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple priorities.

· Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and modern communication tools.
