Job Description

  • Carry out the activities as per the direction of immediate superior and according to Work card/SOP S
  • Section production planning & control according to order.
  • Maintain day to day standard output with line planning /balancing & quality.
  • Submit daily production and product wise man hour report to the immediate superior.
  • Follow up machine capacity and output.
  • Fully understand about production process and machine function.
  • Manpower handling and floors sections management and increase the product wise productivity.
  • Ensure workers properly trained for the post through training ( work card and processes  etc)
  • Communicate with the immediate superior on regular basis for the better management. 
  • Share and assist with immediate superior or teams in planning and production.
  • Maintain all files and other documents related to production and share those with the management.
  • Inform instantly to maintenance guys for any maintenance guys for any maintenance   work.
  •  Ensure efficient use of resources( Material, manpower, machines)
  • Establish Occupational safety Health and Environment (OSHE) in work place.
  • Maintain good communication with all other sections and departments.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness of the productions process.
  • To carry out any other assignment given by the company immediate superior.

Jobs Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline or Diploma course/ equivalent. Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly skilled person.

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Understand simple English language. Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Computer (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Ready to work in shift.

 

  • At least 2 to 5 year(s) in related field. 
  • Age 22 to 28 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Operation & Maintenance and Factory/Plant/Facility Management but preferable in Shoe manufacturing industry.
