● Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and managing new ones to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers to showcase their value and benefits.
● Negotiating contracts and terms to successfully close sales and meet revenue targets.
● Accurately maintaining sales records and client information in a CRM system and preparing regular reports on sales performance for management.
● Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
● Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
● Providing ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise after a sale.
● Working with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
● Consistently working to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and goals.
Graduation in Marketing or Textile Engineer
