• Prepare Material for effective Training and progress Record and control all Customer master Samples and Exiting product, Material protocol samples. 

• New potential Product feasibility study-Costing, BOM, Sourcing related Material and Machine Equipment's • New product Design according to Customer demand or design, Prototype/protocols Design MS, Products parts, pattern, Jig, fixture and related tolling and Ordering from external source. 

• Record of Developing Process Protocols-Machine settings and Process validation Developing Error free Process (Mistake proof) by Poka yoke. 

• New Product manufacturing Flow With verified & Controlled Work and Quality Instructions, test and check Procedures. 

• Keeping Continual Improvement by Product and Process review. 

• Periodic review of all related Engineering design, pattern, Instructions, Manual, SOPs & Controlled forms. • Cost control of Engineering and Development department. 

• Regular and periodic reports of all projects and progress. 

• Responsible for all kinds of Design, drawing, art work approval of USB. Assist and support colleagues as needed. 

• Internal Iso and QMS audits and Coordinate and assist to solve the Corrective actions within target time. 

• Update and control of QMS server docs.

B.Sc. in Mechanical/IPE from any reputed university

Qualifications and Experience: 

B.Sc. in Mechanical/IPE from RUET/KUET/CUET/MIST/SUST etc 

• 2-4 years’ experience in product development/R&D/Design/Project Management 

• Garments, footwear, medical device manufacturing industry preferable. If not, any other manufacturing industry is also ok. 

• Working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP/ SAP/ ORACLE systems and their use in a manufacturing environment is added advantage. 

• Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
