• Follow up with clients for export & import business.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop trade lanes.
• Conduct joint sales calls with supervisors, management, or operations for VIP/MNC clients when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents (local & overseas).
• Prepare market analysis and weekly sales reports (calls, revenue, gain/loss).
• Plan weekly client visits for self and the sales team.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth, error-free service.
• Perform all duties professionally with minimal supervision and high ethical standards.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing

• Minimum 1-5year experience in Freight Forwarding or logistics.
• Knowledge of International Ocean & Air Export/Import Sales.
• Ability to maintain both external and internal client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven, customer-oriented, and proactive approach
