-Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets for the assigned division.

-Set up new distributors in potential markets as per company policy.

-Develop and execute effective sales & distribution strategies to maximize market coverage.

-Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate Sales Officers (SO), Territory Sales Officers (TSO), and other field staff.

-Establish and manage distributor networks; ensure smooth product availability in all markets.

-Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide regular feedback to management.

-Ensure trade marketing & activation programs are implemented effectively at field level.

-Willing to travel extensively within the assigned division.

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
