Job Description
- Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer`s COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
- Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, Amendment Act-2013 and other required laws applicable in the RMG sector.
- To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD/ RSC, & ALLINCE e.t.c. and able to face their different audits with requirements.
- To ensure the implementation of the following compliance policies.
- To give CAP on audit observationCommunicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
- To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
- Maintain environmental sustainability for organization throughout all the activities & work procedures.
- Training related to Health & Safety, Environment, Fire Fighting, Fire Drill, and FAD Training, SOP, and other training related to Social and Technical Compliance.
- Responsible for meeting Buyer requirements on Environmental Issues such as EMS/Energy/Water/Waste Managements, Air Emission & GHG Mgt., Chemical Management and ETP Management.
- Responsible for compiling, updating, maintaining, and filing all permit applications, variances, plans, reports, and studies required by environmental regulation, law and Buyer requirements.
- Responsible for gathering, interpreting, and informing the Management Team with accurate information regarding the utilization of new or existing initiatives or procedures and monitoring Plant environmental status.
- Track Environmental metrics and propose and implement resolutions to reduce safety and environmental incidents.
- Ensure waste water treatment for all facilities; asses and further reduce all water impacts.
- Ensure proper training of all personnel in environmental issues pertinent to environmental regulations - both generally applicable and those specific to each facility.
- Promote environmental and safety awareness to all stakeholders continually.
- Regularly update stakeholders on changing regulations and compliance.
- And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization

Additional Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- PGD in Social Compliance will be given preference.
- Skills Required: Compliance, Human Resource Management, Compliance Management, HR Operations, Social Compliance, Compliance Audit, Social Compliance and Sustainability.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies,Garments,Textile,Group of Companies
