• Develop strong relationships with international buyers, agents, and sourcing offices.
• Lead the merchandising team for both woven and knit divisions to achieve business targets.
• Oversee the sampling process, pricing, order confirmation, and production tracking.
• Monitor critical path timelines to ensure timely approvals, production, and shipment.
• Manage costing sheets, profitability analysis, and price negotiations.
• Provide strategic leadership for new product development and marketing initiatives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and new buyer sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and buyer requirements.
• Coordinate effectively between production, planning, procurement, and quality teams.
• Analyze sales data and create reports for management evaluation.
• Guide and train merchandising team members to enhance skills and performance.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• B.Sc in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from a recognized university.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of international compliance standards and technical specifications.
