• Working with other departments to address production issues and improve processes. 

• Experience in quality control, production engineering, and/or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, manufacturing software).
