Job Description

• Translate insights into strategy: consumer behavior, seasonal patterns, and competitor intelligence.

• Lead the development of short-, mid-, and long-term brand growth plans aligned with business objectives, consumer shifts, and market trends. 

• Refine audience segmentation; identify high-potential consumer and occasions to drive targeted campaigns and NPD 

• Build brand equity through consistent messaging and emotional connection at every touchpoint 

• Manage the full product lifecycle: concept, development, testing, pricing, launch, and performance 

• Identify whitespace opportunities across pack size, flavor mix, seasonal range, and bundling, consumer promotion etc. 

• Collaborate with R&D, sales, commercial, and supply chain on new product development (NPD) and optimization 

• Lead national and regional campaigns across all platforms BTL to ATL with creative, digital & media agencies 

• Drive performance through real-time tracking of key metrics (reach, recall, engagement, uplift). 

• Activate strong retail presence through visibility, trade promos, and merchandising strategies. Consumer & market pulse 

• Stay tuned to consumer trends, digital behavior shifts, and category evolution—local and global. 

• Monitor competitive movements and identify strategic interventions to stay ahead and identify strategic opportunities to build brand advantage and market share. 

• Lead Product testing, feedback loops and continuous improvement. Innovation & digital edge 

• A digitally native thinker who lives where the consumer scrolls to understand platforms, trends, and attention shifts—and can craft brand stories that land in the moment and ride the wave. 

• Co created buzz worthy ideas for brand presences, content and collaboration. 

• Not just chasing trends— knowledge/understanding when to jump in, how to lead, and where the brand truly fits,

Jobs Requirements

  • 5–6 years in brand management, ideally in FMCG or Food & Beverage (ice cream a plus!) 
  • Strong commercial acumen & consumer-first mindset. 
  • Experience in product development, campaign management, and brand budgeting. 
  • Collaborative leadership with agency and cross-functional teams. 
  • Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, campaign dashboards, and data tools.
